Liquid Waterproofing Systems
Many roofs can be most conveniently and economically waterproofed with a cold-applied multi-layer liquid system, reinforced throughout with a woven glassfibre scrim. This treatment is applicable to flat and sloping roofs, kerbs, copings, flashings, brickwork, rendering etc., and is normally guaranteed for 5 to 10 years, depending upon the specification.

Black, silver, green, red or white finishes are available.
We are approved contractors for the 'Laybond' range of high performance elastomeric systems.

Sheeting
Repairs or renewal of sloping roofs and vertical cladding, also with overcladding onto existing A.C. etc., coloured Plastisol coated steel, aluminium, fibre cement etc., single skin or insulated; also fire ventilators, rooflights etc.

Insulating
To sloping and vertical cladding, translucents, rooflights etc., either with renewal of existing cladding or as internal linings or suspended ceilings. Insulation can be incorporated with 'oversheeting' and 'overcladding' where conditions are suitable.

Flat Roofs
Built-up roofing; creation of falls, including wood or metal decking; waterproofing.

Decra Tiling
We are approved contractors for the 'Decra' lightweight tiling system, which provides valuable benefits in domestic, commercial and industrial applications, and includes a 30 year manufacturers' guarantee. We are also approved contractors for the 'Tileform' lightweight tiling system and other similar products.

Glazing
Renewal of glass and glazing bars; waterproofing of glazing bars. Complete renewal of patent glazing or replacement with corrugated translucent sheets, single or double skin. Oversheeting, or direct replacement, with polycarbonate, for insulation and protection. Dome lights, lantern lights; louvred ventilators etc. Economical replacement of 6mm GWC glass with Twinwall Polycarbonate. Cleaning and in situ Giromax 'Delglaze' re-surfacing of old GRP Translucents.

Gutters and General Roof Maintenance
Repairs, waterproofing or renewal of all types of gutter including P.V.C., C.I., G.R.P. etc; purpose made profiles in aluminium or galvanised steel; also insulated gutters, and one-piece joint-free rubberised linings. Rainwater pipe systems.
General Roof maintenance: Cleaning of gutters and glass, rodding out or renewal of rainwater pipes, and all routine roof maintenance. Steelwork and sheet metal fabrications, soakers, snowguards, demountable or permanent safety handrails.
